    We ship all over the world however, each order will need to be figured manually. Please forward your full mailing address along with a screenshot of your cart (or the complete title of the item).   • Do you accept returns?
    No. Returns and cancellations are not accepted. PLEASE, Please ask any questions prior to purchasing by using the "CONTACT" button. Please view all pictures using the zoom feature as they are considered a big part of the description. Any vintage items listed may have some flaws. *Any items returned without approval will be refused. PLEASE NOTE: *Many items are handcrafted from vintage components and will not look brand new. *Many items are handcrafted and may not be 100% perfect. *Crystals and skulls are vintage items and may have chips, natural inclusions and other common minor flaws *Many items are true, as found, vintage and may show signs if wear.
  • When will my order ship?
    All items will ship within 1-3 business days except made to order items (see below). Small or lightweight items will ship via 1st class mail. Large or heavy items will ship via USPS or UPS. Tracking numbers will be provided on every shipment. MADE TO ORDER items: T-shirts and sweatshirts, mugs, pillow covers, canvas art, tote bags etc. are processed within 3-4 business days. Please allow 1.5-3 weeks for delivery. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks. MADE TO ORDER items cannot be canceled as they go directly to processing when the order is placed.
  • Are your items brand new?
    We offer handcrafted, re-purposed and upcycled items that are either all vintage or are made from vintage components. Some items are handmade with new components such as some rosary beads, some wire wrapped jewelry and some sterling silver jewelry. PLEASE USE THE ZOOM FEATURE when viewing photo's as they are considered part of the description. All religious items are vintage and may have flaws and patina. MOST crystals have been in our family for 25-100+ years and may have natural inclusions, flaws or chips. All of our made to order items are brand new.
  • What if my order arrives damaged or was lost in the mail?
    Unfortunately once we ship an item it is out of our control. We package all items securely but sometimes damage occurs in transit. If you receive a damaged item: *Keep all packaging, all pieces, original box and take pictures. You will need to bring all of this to your local US Post Office and file a damage claim. They will take the item so make sure you receive a receipt! You may also file a claim online at usps.com - go to the help menu and follow directions. If an item is lost in the mail, contact us and we will file a lost mail claim. The investigation can take up to 90 days...
