We offer handcrafted, re-purposed and upcycled items that are either all vintage or are made from vintage components. Unfortunately once we ship an item it is out of our control. We package all items securely but sometimes damage occurs in transit. If you receive a damaged item: *Keep all packaging, all pieces, original box and take pictures. You will need to bring all of this to your local US Post Office and file a damage claim. They will take the item so make sure you receive a receipt! You may also file a claim online at usps.com - go to the help menu and follow directions. If an item is lost in the mail, contact us and we will file a lost mail claim. The investigation can take up to 90 days...
