The litho is signed Howard Chandler Christy 1903. The title is not visible however, this print is known as A Pleas For Arbitration . Framed size: 17 inches by 21.25 inches. There is wear to the frame, There is a tear byt the little girls leg (see all pictures) The backing is newer.
