DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We ship within 2 business days unless we are shipping over-sized items such as small furniture which may take up to 5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please take a screen shot of your cart or send the title(s) of the item(s) you are interested in. We will need to figure shipping based on size, weight and location. The cheapest as well as fastest shipping quotes will be provided. you can use the contact us button or email directly to :

**IF AN ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: please take pictures and send them to us. KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIAL and original box.
*NEVER ship item back as this will void the insurance. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
All items are shipped insured. You will need to take the damaged items to your local post office and start a claim. Make sure you receive a receipt for the item(s) that they confiscate. Most claims are settled within 1-2 weeks.
Return & Exchange Policy
